大学教育文化的多视角理解

     

摘要

There are six kinds of cultural foreignization in university education. The paper put forward the comprehensive understanding, dynamic understanding and further understanding of university education culture based on the six aspects. The first is based on the relationship of cultural factors, from the perspective of all-round development of an individual, to understand compre- hensively ; the second from the perspective of process, functions, contents, modes and ways of human cultivation to understand comprehensively; the third from the perspective of self-conscious culture to understand dynamically the adaptation and reform of university education at multiple levels; the fourth from the perspective of research construction for the purpose of teaching improvement and for the teacher culture to take the academic responsibility to understand dynamically; the fifth from the perspective of cultural accu- mulation to further understand the university culture; the sixth from the perspective of discipline accumulative advantage to further understand the discipline culture. Hence, the further understanding of university education culture is very helpful to explore the function of cultural carriers.%大学教育中存在的六种文化“异化”现象。从六个视角论述了大学教育文化的整体理解、动态理解和深度理解:从文化构成要素间的关系,从人的全面主体规定出发来整体理解大学教育文化;从“文化育人”的过程、功能、内容、方式、途径等方面整体理解大学教育文化;从“文化自觉”的视角对大学教育多个层面的适应和变革作动态理解;从构建一种以研究促进教学为目的,承担教学学术责任的教师文化的视角动态理解大学教育文化;从文化积淀的视角深度理解“院校文化”;从学科优势积累的视角深度理解“学科文化”。大学教育文化的深度理解有助于文化载体的功能开发。
