藏族“锅庄”的艺术特色及体育价值

藏族“锅庄”是民间艺术的一朵奇葩，它以其特有的“颤”“甩”“绕”“顺”等形体动作及富有藏民族文化韵味的乐曲和风格向人们展示着独特的生命情怀。“锅庄”既是艺术形式又是藏民族特有的体育形式，探讨藏族“锅庄”的艺术起源，并从动作、音乐、服装等角度对其艺术特色进行分析，结合其健身娱乐功能对锅庄的健身、健心及促进文化交流等体育价值进行探讨，这对多元文化时期民族文化的传承和发展具有重要意义。%Tibetan dance named Guozhuang is a rarity in the folk art, and it shows the unique life mood by unique performance such as “chattering” ”slinging” ”whirling” ”smoothing” with other Tibetan ethnic cultural charm of the music and the style. Guozhuang dance is both an art and Tibetan sports form. To explore the art origin of Tibetan Guozhuang, from the viewpoint of move⁃ment, music, clothing and so on, to analyze its artistic features, combined with its fitness and entertainment functions, the paper in⁃vestigates the sports value of fitness, mental health and cultural function.
