对助学工作引发的大学生隐私权保护的思考

摘要

资助家庭经济困难学生需要了解受助人的基本情况,有时会涉及学生的隐私. 辅导员在工作中需要在工作要求与学生隐私、知情权与隐私权之间寻求平衡后作出合理合法的抉择,由此引发对辅导员工作中对大学生隐私权保护的思考,并以此实现以学生为本,尊重学生权利,为学生的全面发展创造良好条件的目的.%Identifying college students with financial difficulties should get to know the basic information of students, while some information will be related to student' s privacy.So during counselors' work, they should make reasonable and lawful decision after making balance of student' s privacy and their right to know, which result in the thinking of the protection of college students, and then to achieve the goal of student-centered idea, respecting student' s right and creating favorable conditions for students' overall development.
