构建思政教育对话模式促进教育主体间融洽互动

         

摘要

传统的思想政治教育模式未能准确地处理好教育主体间的位置关系,使得主体间的思维方式均受到限制与束缚,较大程度地阻碍了受教育者主体性和创造性、主动性和能动性的提升,成为影响思想政治教育实效性的一个重要因素。而思想政治教育对话模式是连接对话理论与思想政治教育实践的中介,教育对话是一种“共享”关系,是一种相互理解、共同提升的过程。思想政治教育对话模式的构建需要有良好的对话环境创设、优良的对话品质培养等方面的协同配合,同时需要以对话意识的培养、对话素养的提升作支撑,才能促进教育主体间的互动与融洽。%The traditional ideas of political education mode fails to accurately handle very well the position relation between subject education , making the intersubjective thinking mode restrictions and fetters , which greatly hinders the educatee subjectivity and creativity , initiative and active promotion , and becomes one of main factors influencing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education .Dialogue mode of ideological and political education is the intermediate link of dialogue theory and practice of i -deological and political education , and educational dialogue is a kind of “shared” relationship , is a kind of mutual understanding and mutual promotion process .Construction of dialogue pattern of ideological and political education needs to have good dialogue en -vironment , excellent quality and other aspects of culture dialogue and coordination , also needs to cultivate awareness of dialogue , the dialogue progression as the support , to promote interaction among the subjects of education and harmonious .
