运动行为干预对大学生负性情绪的调节与应用

             

摘要

大学生的情绪调节与心理健康日益受到人们的关注,身体锻炼具有显著的情绪效益。采用文献资料研究法,结合目前国内外运动行为干预改善大学生负性情绪及调节心理问题的研究,从负性情绪的概念及表现,身体锻炼情绪效应的研究范式、影响因素、作用机制等方面,研究了运动锻炼及行为干预对大学生负性情绪的调节作用以及在大学生教育管理实践中的应用。%the emotional and mental health of university students is getting more and more attention and physical exercise has significant emotional benefits .In order to study the exercise and behavior intervention on university students ’ negative emotion regu-lation as well as the application in the undergraduate education management practice .Using the literature material method , combi-ning the domestic and international sports behavior intervention to improve university students ’ negative emotions and adjust the psy-chological problems , from the concept and performance of negative emotions , physical exercise research paradigm of emotional effect and influence factors , the paper explores its mechanism of action , advances the exercise emotional effect on university students ’ mental health education in the practice and application .
