基于正交设计的灌注嵌岩桩侧阻力影响因素敏感性分析

     

摘要

Combined with the engineering geological data of Nanning Liujing transportation station in Guangxi, the influence factors of the lateral resistance of the pile embedded in the karst area were studied in this paper. Con⁃sidering rock⁃socketed depth, sediment thickness and mudcake thickness as influencing factors, the representative combinations were selected according to the orthogonal design method, and the numerical analysis of pile side resis⁃tance was carried out by the finite element software ANSYS. Range method was employed to study the influence of different factors on the pile side resistance accounted for the extent of the impact of the proportion of load. By the numerical simulation results, it can be seen that the influence of rock⁃socketed depth is the greatest, the next is the thickness of the sediment, and the influence of the mudcake thickness is the least. Based on the various influencing factors of rock⁃socketed pile side resistance, it has a certain reference value for the design of pile foundation in karst area.%文章结合广西南宁六景转运站作业区工程地质资料,对影响岩溶地区灌注嵌岩桩侧阻力的影响因素进行了研究。将灌注嵌岩桩的嵌岩深度、沉渣厚度、泥皮厚度作为影响因素,按照正交设计的方法选取代表性的组合方案,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行桩侧阻力的数值分析,并采用极差方法分析各影响因素对桩侧阻力分担荷载比重的影响程度。由数值模拟的结果可以看出,嵌岩深度对嵌岩桩侧阻力分担荷载比重的影响最大,其次是沉渣厚度,而泥皮厚度的影响最小。通过对嵌岩桩侧阻力各影响因素分析结果的认识,对岩溶地区灌注嵌岩桩的桩基设计具有一定的参考价值。
