安全发展是建设交通强国和人民满意交通的必然要求,水路运输安全是交通运输安全的重要组成部分.开展"传统专业+安全"的科研供给侧结构性改革,科研工作从支撑水运工程建设为主转变为服务"建管养用"全过程,科技创新成果支撑和服务水运交通安全发展.%Safety development is inevitable demand of people′s satisfaction and building China′s strength in transportation.Waterway transport safety is an important component of traffic and transportation safety.By rolling out supply-side structural reform in traditional major and transport safety, the main function of scientific research has been transformed from the support of water transport engineering construction to the service of the whole process of construction,management,maintenance and application,by which the achievements of scientific and technological innovation that created can provide a good support and service for safety development of waterway transport.
