商洛丹江河砂碱活性区域分布与安全使用措施

         

摘要

Aggregate alkali activity affects the durability and safety of the concrete constructions . Here , petrographic method and accelerated mortar bar method were adopted to identify and detect the alkali activity of the sand in Danjiang river ,Shangluo ,and then the distribution characteristics of sand with alkali activity was obtained based on the experi-mental research ,which could provide some guidance for the sand safety of concrete constructions .Petrographic analysis results indicate that the mineral composition of Danjiang River sand is basically the same , it' s mainly composed of quartz ,feldspar ,calcite ,mica and mixed sand ,with very little alkali active mineral composition .The accelerated mortar bar test results indicate that:the Danjiang River sand has no alkali activity ,but there are potential active components of aggregate .After adding 15% fly ash (weight ) ,the expansion rate of the sample block is reduced ,which indicates that the fly ash has a good inhibition effect on alkali activity of river sand ,and other measures should be taken to ensure the safety of concrete constructions .%骨料的碱活性影响着混凝土工程的安全耐久 ,采用岩相法和快速砂浆棒法对商洛市丹江河砂是否具有碱活性进行了鉴定检测和实验研究 ,并分析出丹江河砂碱活性的区域分布特征 ,为混凝土工程用砂安全提供参考.岩相分析结果表明 :丹江河砂的矿物组成成分基本相同 ,主要由石英、长石、方解石、云母和杂砂组成 ,具有碱活性矿物成分较少.快速砂浆棒法测试结果表明 :丹江河砂不具有碱活性 ,但是存在潜在的骨料活性成分.掺加15% 粉煤灰后 ,测定试件膨胀率降低 ,表明粉煤灰对河砂的碱活性起到了良好的抑制作用 ,使用时还应采取其它一定措施 ,以保证混凝土的使用安全.
