基于传递损失的车辆发动机进气系统的稳健性设计

     

摘要

The acoustic robust design of a vehicle intake system is a precondition to ensure vehicle inner acoustics index to be robust. Firstly, based on acoustic theory, acoustic uncoupling of air acoustic parts of the intake system was performed; secondly, taking acoustic robust optimization of single acoustic part of the intake system as a basis, based on transfer loss, the normalized parameters of the whole intake system were deduced; finally, combining importance indeces of all acoustic parts of the intakces system, based on transfer loss, the acoustic robust optimization of the whole intake system was conducted. Through acoustic robust design of the intake system, the integrative robust design information of all acoustic parts of the intake system was rapidly and accurately obtained. Thus, based on transfer loss, the acoustic robust design could provide a quantitative basis for structural design of a vehicle's engine intake system, so it was of great practical engineering significance.%进气系统的声学稳建性设计是保证车辆车内声学指标稳健的前提.首先,以声学理论为基础,进行进气系统各个声学元件的声学解耦;其次,以进气系统单个声学元件的声学稳健性优化为基础,基于传递损失推导整个进气系统的“归1化”参数;最后,结合进气系统各个声学元件的重要度指标,基于传递损失进行整个进气系统的声学稳健性优化.通过进气系统的声学稳健性设计,能够准确迅速得到各个声学元件综合稳健的设计信息.因此,在概念设计阶段基于传递损失的声学稳健性设计可为车辆发动机进气系统的结构设计提供定量的依据,具有很高的工程应用价值.
