撞击船艏刚度对船体结构碰撞性能影响

         

摘要

针对将撞击船艏简化成刚性会影响计算结果问题,利用非线性有限元动态分析软件MSC.Dytran对一艘散货船垂直撞击双壳油轮场景进行计算。比较实际柔性船艏与简化刚性船艏撞击下碰撞性能区别,重点讨论撞击船艏部刚度对被撞舷侧碰撞性能影响。所得船艏刚度对舷侧碰撞性能影响规律表明,改进撞击船艏部结构可有效提高船舶碰撞安全性。%The striking bow simplified as a rigid structure will have a certain impact on the results of ship collision analysis.The MSC.Dytran was used as a nonlinear finite element code for dynamic response analysis.The collision scenario of a 159,000DWT oil tanker struck by a 176,000DWT buck carrier was analysed.The difference of collision capabilities between the real soft striking bow and the simplified rigid striking bow was compared,and then the influence of striking bow stiffness on the collision capabilities of struck structures was focused.It is shown that the improved striking bow structure can effectively improve the safety of ship collision.
