基于虚拟样机的某车载转管机枪在不同激励下振动特性研究

         

摘要

为研究某型车载转管机枪在外部激励作用下的振动特性,利用虚拟样机技术对该武器系统进行强迫振动分析。分析该型机枪系统拓扑结构及所受载荷,利用 ADAMS 软件建立车载转管机枪的刚柔耦合模型及武器振动方程,用所建立虚拟样机模型对车载状态下转管机枪的振动特性进行仿真测试,主要研究路面激励与车辆行驶速度激励,获得机枪系统在不同激励下的振动。计算结果为车载机枪试验与进一步参数匹配优化及提高机枪射击精度奠定基础。%To study vibration characteristics of certain vehicular Gatling gun under external excitation,the virtual prototype technique was proposed to analyze the forced vibration of the gun system.The topological structure of the gun system and the loading were analyzed,and using the software ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling model of vehicular Gatling gun as well as the weapon's vibration equations were established.The presented virtual prototype model was then used to simulate and test the vibration characteristics of the vehicular Gatling gun.The road surface excitation and vehicle speed excitation were especially focused to get the vibration responses under different excitation conditions.The calculation results provide reference to the test,parameter matching and optimization of vehicular guns,which lays a foundation for improving the firing accuracy.
