基于职业岗位需求的教学设计研究--以《印刷质量检测与控制》课程为例

高职教育人才培养的目标是就业。因此，人才培养应以职业岗位需求为切入点，明确课程定位，注重职业能力的培养。印刷行业的工作过程清晰，典型工作任务鲜明。按照印刷生产工艺流程设置课程体系，推行“以项目为导向，任务驱动”的教学模式。文章以印刷质量检测与控制课程为例，引入企业评价体系，凸显课程改革的职业性、实践性和开放性。%Employment is the target of higher vocational education and therefore, the talent cultivation in vocational colleges will consider the need of professional posts in enterprises concerned, clarify the aim of curriculum, and emphasize the professional skills. The process of printing industry is simple and clear and the typical task is limpid. The paper takes printing specialty as an example to make a research on the curriculum design of this major. The author argues that the design of curriculum should be based on the process flow of printing production to carry out the “project-oriented and task-based” teaching mode.
