分别采用泡沫沥青与水泥作为稳定剂对泡沫沥青冷再生路面进行二次冷再生试验研究。研究表明,以泡沫沥青作稳定剂进行二次冷再生混合料设计形成的泡沫沥青二次冷再生混合料,其抗拉性能、水稳性能与二次冷再生混合料中细料含量有关;高温稳定性能与铣刨料用量、铣刨料中沥青老化程度以及二次冷再生混合料中细料含量有关。以水泥作稳定剂进行二次冷再生混合料设计,采用7 d 无侧限抗压强度能够很好地确定新添加骨料比例,适量的新添加骨料能明显增大二次冷再生混合料的7 d 无侧限抗压强度。根据室内研究成果,对试验路段进行辅筑,证明两种二次冷再生技术可行,辅筑路段路用性能良好。%Foamed bitumen and cement were respectively used as a stabilizer for foamed asphalt cold recycled roads to study the secondary cold recycling technology.The laboratory research results show that for the secondary cold recycled mixes with foamed bitumen as a stabilizer,their tensile properties and water-stable performance was related to the fines content in the mixes;the high temperature stability of secondary cold recycling mixes is related to the RAP(recycling asphalt pavement)content,the aging degree of asphalt and the fines content.Cement was adopted as a stabilizer in the second regeneration mix design,and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength was made in use to well determine the proportion of newly added aggregate.An appropriate new aggregate can significantly increase the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of mixes.Through the laboratory study and tested road application,the foundation of future development of the secondary cold recycling technology was laid.
