文章阐明人本思想是中国传统文化的精髓之一，也是儒家管理思想最鲜明的特色。总结先秦儒家人本管理思想，目的在于揭示其丰富的人本、民本和重人的意蕴，继承其最具鲜明特色的“仁受”、“民为贵”等理念。人本管理思想极大地影响了企业价值观的构建。%The humanistic thought is one of the quintessence in Chinese traditional culture, which is also the most distinctive feature of the Confucian management thought.
