GCr15轴承钢中MnS-Al2O3复合夹杂物析出行为

     

摘要

对于钢液铝脱氧精炼过程产生的Al2O3夹杂物严重影响钢的性能,而在钢液凝固过程中MnS夹杂物容易包裹着Al2O3夹杂物形成复合夹杂物,这种复合夹杂物改善钢材的性能有重要意义.通过场发射扫描电镜和能谱对国内某钢厂连铸坯中夹杂物形貌以及组成进行观察与分析,发现大量MnS包裹Al2O3复合夹杂物.同时通过理论热力学阐述MnS包裹Al2O3复合夹杂物的析出机理,计算得出:Al2O3夹杂物在钢液中形成,MnS夹杂物在钢液凝固过程中形成,由于Al2O3夹杂物先析出,MnS夹杂物可以在先析出的Al2O3夹杂物进行形核与长大,为钢中MnS包裹Al2O3复合夹杂物生成提供了理论依据.%Al2O3inclusions formed in refining process of molten steel by deoxidization aluminum,it is very harmful for the performance of steel,MnS inclusions are easily wrapped with Al2O3inclusions to form com-pound inclusions during the solidification process of steel.This kind of inclusions perform a great significance for improving the performance of steel.The morphology and composition of inclusions in continuous casting billets of a steel mill in china are observed and analyzed by FESEM and EDS,and a large number of MnS-Al2O3inclusions are found. Meanwhile the theory of thermodynamics on Precipitation Mechanism of MnS-Al2O3inclusions is calculated: Al2O3inclusion formed at the temperature of liquid steel,MnS inclusions formed during solidification,because Al2O3inclusions first precipitate,MnS inclusions can nucleate and grow in the first precipitated Al2O3inclusions,which provides a theoretical basis for the formation of MnS-Al2O3in-clusions.
