基于有限元模态综合与结构鲁棒性分析的叉车方向盘怠速振动抑制

     

摘要

The analysis and optimization of the forklift steering wheel vibration at idle was mainly focused on.Firstly,the finite element modal synthesis (FEMS) and modal test were employed to find the reason for the excessive vibration of steering wheel at idle.Then,two robust structural re-design goals and the corresponding design schemes were proposed by taking the influence on system performance resulted from processing errors into account.Finally,simulation and comparative experiments are employed to verify the proposed program.The results obtained from simulation and comparative experiments indicate that the proposed schemes can effectively suppress idle vibration of the steering wheel system.%针对某型叉车方向盘怠速工况下的剧烈振动现象,运用有限元仿真方法对叉车方向盘总成进行参数化建模及有限元模态综合分析,结合现场实测模态试验找出叉车方向盘总成剧烈振动的原因;在对方向盘系统进行结构重设计时,充分考虑零部件加工误差对系统性能的影响,提出具有结构鲁棒性的结构重设计目标及相应的设计方案;运用有限元仿真与样机实测试验,验证所提出方向盘振动抑制方案的有效性;有限元仿真与样机试验测试结果表明,该型叉车方向盘在怠速工况下的振动得到有效抑制.
