Al对Cu基块体非晶形成能力及热稳定性的影响

     

摘要

采用铜模吸铸法制备直径为5mm的Cu45Zr45.5-yTi9.5Aly(y=2,4,6,8)块体非晶合金试样,研究添加Al对合金非晶形成能力的影响.经X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)做结构及热稳定性分析,结果表明,当x(Al)=6%时合金系的非晶形成能力最强,过冷液相区最宽,Δtx为65.3℃,约化玻璃转变温度trg为0.61.而当x(Al)=4%时,约化玻璃转变温度trg最大为0.64,但过冷液相区Δtx仅为48.4℃.%The Cu45Zr45.5-yTi9.5Aly(y =2,4,6,8)bulk metallic glass (BMG) alloys were synthesized in copper mold casting in an argon atmosphere.The effect of Al on the glass forming ability (GFA) was analyzed.The microstructure and thermal properties were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,scanning electron microscope (SEM) as well as differential scanning calorimetrically (DSC) ,separately.The results show that when x(Al) =6% ,the glass forming ability(GFA) and thermal stability are the best.The alloy has the largest supercooled liquid region, about 65.3 ℃, and the glass transition temperature ( trg ) is 0.61.Whereas the samples with x(Al) =4% exhibit the best trg ,which is 0.64 ,however,the supercooled liquid region is only 48.4 ℃.
