基于聚类分析的旅游投资模式研究

摘要

Tourism investment is the core point for the fast and sustainable development of the tourism.There are differences among the different provinces in China,due to which the tourism investment is not the same in different areas.An evaluation system is established at first in this paper,then,statuses of tourism investments in 31 different provinces are analyzed by means of cluster analysis.In addition,due to the analyzed results,the tourism investments in 31 different provinces are classified as four main modes,namely,resources-leading mode,economy-leading mode,round development mode and weak foundation mode.Furthermore,the classification and characteristic of the four modes are analyzed,respectively,based on which,some advices are proposed for different modes of the tourism investment.%构建了旅游投资影响因素指标体系,对我国31个省市自治区的旅游投资情况进行了聚类分析。根据聚类分析结果,将31个省市自治区的旅游投资在理论上描述为4种模式：资源主导模式、经济主导模式、综合发展模式以及基础薄弱模式。分别对各种模式的适用条件以及内涵进行了深入分析,在此基础上提出了不同模式旅游投资发展的对策。
