匈牙利区域经济发展、平衡及区域政策解析

摘要

After the change of geopolitics in 1989, same with other post socialistic countries, Hungray’s society and economy were affected positively and negatively. What troubling the most is that in the past twenty years, no matter in short term or long term, the economic policies could not develop perpetually and equivalently, and problems caused by the insufficient economic development were hard to be dealt well. The inequality between inner and outer factors had been causing tensions. This paper tries to find out the role that regional policies played in accelerating the equilibrium between local and regional economic development.%匈牙利于1989年发生地缘政治改变后，其社会和经济都受到诸多正负面影响。其中最令人忧虑的是，在过去20多年中，经济政策无论是在短期还是长期，一直无法达到永续及平衡地发展，也无法处理经济发展不足所衍伸出来的各种问题，希望能找出区域政策在促进地方和区域经济平衡以及发展收敛中的角色。
