豺皮樟叶挥发油化学成分的研究

摘要

利用GC-MS联用技术从豺皮樟(Litsea rotundifolia var. oblonaifolia)叶挥发油中分离和鉴定了27个化合物，占挥发油总量的88.75％，其中主要成分是十二烷酸(43.68％)、肉豆蔻酸(14.61％)、十一烷酸(4.70％)、棕榈酸(4.15％)。%Twenty-seven constituents in essential oil from the leaves of Litsea rotundifolia var. oblongifolia were identified by means of GC-MS-DS. The content of these compounds amounted to 88.75% of the essential oil. The main compounds are dodecanoic acid (43.68%), myristic acid (14.61%), n-undecanoic acid (4.70%) and palmitic acid (4.15%).
