40四聚乙醛悬浮剂与50氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂现场喷洒法灭螺效果观察

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effect of 40% Metaeldehyde suspending agent and a new type of wettable powder of 50% Niclosamile ethanolamine salt (WPN) in field. Methods The two mol-luscicides were divided into 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0g/m2 groups, respectively; normal WPN and fresh water were set as control groups. The snail death rates after Spraying mollucicides 1, 3, 7 and 15 days were investigated. Re-sults When sprayed with active ingredient 2.0g/m2 of Metaeldehyde and 0.5g/m2 of the New WPN in the field for 3 days,the snail death rates were above 85%. The snail death rate after 1 day of the New WPN group was higher than Metaeldehyde and normal WPN group in the minimum effective dose, but no statistically significant difference after three days. Conclusion Both 40% Metaeldehyde suspending agent and the New WPN showed high molluscicidal effect on snails.%目的 现场评价40%四聚乙醛悬浮剂和某新型50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂的杀螺效果.方法 选取桐城市范岗镇万元村西于渠有螺环境作为现场进行喷洒试验.四聚乙醛和新型氯硝柳胺均使用有效含量为0.5g/m2、1.0g/m2和2.0g/m2的三种剂量进行试验.同时设立氯硝柳胺对照组和空白对照组.观察各组施药后第1、3、7和15d的钉螺死亡情况.结果 四聚乙醛2.0g/m2组施药后3d钉螺死亡率大于85%,新型氯硝柳胺0.5g/m2组施药后1d钉螺死亡率大于85%.对各组杀螺效果进行对比,施药后1d,最低有效剂量下,新型氯硝柳胺杀螺效果优于四聚乙醛和氯硝柳胺对照组,施药后3d以后,各组间差异无统计学意义.结论 40%四聚乙醛悬浮剂和新型50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐均为优良的灭螺药,二者各有特点,适用于不同条件下的灭螺工作.
