Objective To study the neuroprotective mecha nism of moderate hypothermia following traumatic brain injury.Methods A free-falling body device was used to produce traumatic brain injury. T he expression of FasL was detected with immunohistochemistry method at differe nt time points following traumatic brain injury.Results The exp ression of FasL began to increase at 1 hour, increased significantly at 6 hours and reached peak at 72 hours following brain injury; the expression of FasL was decreased significantly with treatment of moderate hypothermia.Conclusi on It might be one of neuroprotective mechanism that moderate hypotherm ia downregulates the expression of FasL to reduce cell death.%目的 探讨脑损伤后亚低温脑保护的作 用 机理。方法 以自由落体撞击法制作脑损伤模型,采用免疫组织化学方法 检测脑损伤及亚低温治疗后不同时间点的FasL蛋白表达。结果 脑损伤 后1小时FasL 表达开始增加,6小时增加最明显,72小时达高峰;亚低温治疗后FasL表达 明显下降。结论 脑损伤后亚低温下调FasL表达而减少细胞死亡 是其脑保护的作用机理之一。
