腹腔间隙综合征治疗进展

摘要

Intraabdominal hypertension ( IAH) and abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) have been increasingly recognized over the past decade as causes of significant morbidity and mortality among the critical disea -ses. Great advances have been made in many researches that dedicate to the treatment of ACS . This review introduces the progression in the theory and technology of non -operative and operative therapies for IAH /ACS.%在过去的10年中,腹内高压及腹腔间隔综合征由于其在多种重症疾病中较高的发病率、极高的死亡率而日益引起重视,致力于治疗该综合征的研究也已取得了长足的进步.本文对其治疗理念及非手术、手术治疗技术的进展进行综述.
