创伤性肺假性囊肿的诊断和治疗进展

摘要

Traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst(TPPs)is an uncommon complication after blunt or penetrating chest trauma,which is more common in younger patients.Its pathogenesis is complex.Traumatic pulmonary pseud-ocyst usually heals spontaneously but sometimes may require surgery.This paqper reviews its pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,diagnosis,complication,treatment and prognosis.%创伤性肺假性囊肿是胸外伤中一种少见的空洞性肺损伤的特殊类型,可见于钝性胸外伤及穿刺性肺损伤,发病机制较为复杂,多见于年轻伤者.创伤性肺假性囊肿多可自愈,仅部分需外科治疗.本文对其发病机制、临床表现、诊断、并发症、治疗及其预后进行综述.
