儿童颌面部骨折：流行病学特点、诊断与处理策略

摘要

儿童颌面部解剖特点与成人有显著不同，颌骨骨折的处理必须考虑到面部生长发育。对于儿童颌面部骨折的诊断和处理策略一直存在争议和挑战，错误的治疗方法可能最终导致患者面容的永久损害和畸形。先进诊断技术及诊疗器械的不断革新，对于儿童颌面部骨折的处理有了更高的认识。但目前对儿童颌面部骨折的处理原则及针对性治疗方案相关研究较少，且以病例分析为主。本文通过文献回顾及诊疗经验为临床医生系统阐述了儿童颌面部骨折的流行病学特点、诊断及处理决策。%Pediatric maxillofacial region is anatomically distinct from the adult counterparts and must be managed with respect for future growth and development .The diagnosis and management for pediatric maxillofacial fractures is controversial and also faces challenges .Incorrect and inappropriate treatment of fracture will end with a secondary deformity that is very difficult to correct .However,the differences in management between adult and ped-iatric patients have not been well documented in the literature ,despite of the evolution of advanced diagnostic tech-nology and medical equipment in the management of pediatric maxillofacial fractures .In this article,the authors sys-tematically induce the epidemiology ,diagnosis,and treatment of pediatric maxillofacial fractures .
