创伤性膈肌破裂诊治策略

摘要

创伤性膈肌破裂（ traumatic rupture of diaphragm ，TRD）具有隐匿性特点，在临床上容易发生漏诊或延迟诊断，以至于错过最佳治疗时机，出现严重的并发症甚至危及生命。规范TRD临床救治流程和路径，有利于提高TRD诊治效率和质量，降低TRD患者的致残率、死亡率。%Traumatic rupture of diaphragm ( TRD) has the characteristics of concealment . Severe life-threatening complications may occur because of missed diagnosis or delayed diagnosis .The standardization of the clinical treatment process and path for TRD is beneficial to improve the efficiency and quality of TRD and reduce the morbidity and mortality of TRD patients .
