关节镜下胫骨髁间前棘骨折微创手术不同固定方式治疗效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive treatment of tibial intercon-dylar eminence fractures with internal fixation and wire fixation under arthroscopy.Methods Clinical data of 72 cases of intercondylar eminence fracture of the tibia who were admitted into Ezhou Central Hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 was analyzed.Patients were divided into hollow screw group and wire fixation group based on the fixation manner.Differences in their clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The Lysholm score for patients in the hollow screw group was higher than that of the wire fixation group 3,6,9 months after operation. And the time for taking postoperative knee function recovery training was earlier in the hollow screw group than that of the wire fixation group(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference in fracture healing time and follow -up time between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Hollow screw fixation for the treatment of intercondylar emi-nence fracture of the tibia can obtain better knee function recovery.%目的：探讨在关节镜下微创空心螺钉内固定和钢丝捆扎固定对胫骨髁间前棘骨折的临床疗效差异。方法笔者回顾性分析2010年5月～2013年5月鄂州市中心医院骨科收治的72例胫骨髁间前棘骨折患者的临床资料，根据术中患者采用的固定方式分为空心螺钉组和钢丝固定组，比较两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果术后第3、6、9个月及末次随访，空心螺钉组患者膝关节 Lysholm 评分高于钢丝固定组，空心螺钉组患者在术后开始进行膝关节功能恢复训练显著早于钢丝固定组（P ＜0．05）；两组患者的骨折愈合时间、随访时间比较差异不具有统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论临床患者采用空心螺钉内固定治疗膝关节内骨折，功能恢复效果更佳。
