经皮脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎疾病与创伤的方法与策略

摘要

经过10余年的发展,脊柱内镜手术在国内迅速全面开展.本文就目前国内外通过脊柱内镜治疗腰椎疾病与创伤的主要手术方式,根据各术式的原理、解剖、特点、适应证、优缺点,分析各术式在临床应用中的策略,以便在临床工作中能够合理准确选择手术方式,为腰椎疾病与创伤的脊柱内镜治疗提供一定的思路.%With more than ten years of development, spine endoscopic surgery has been widely launched in China.With main operative methods of endoscopic treatment for lumbar spine disease and trauma at home and abroad nowadays, this study analyzes the operation strategy in its clinical application according to the principle, anatomy, characteristics, indications, advantages and disadvantages of each technique, so that we can accurately select the right surgical method in clinical practice, and provide reference in spine endoscopic treatment for lumbar diseases and trauma.
