从可持续发展的角度出发,建立了城市交通系统可持续发展评价指标体系,并提出了一种新的综合评价方法——基于变权法的城市交通系统可持续发展综合评价方法.以江苏省苏州市的相关交通调研数据为基础,以本研究方法为手段,对苏州市的城市交通系统进行综合评价.同时,将层次分析法的综合评价结果与本研究方法的综合评价结果进行了对比,研究结果表明:基于变权法的城市交通系统可持续发展综合评价方法能够根据评估值的均衡分布状况,调整各因素在综合决策中的作用,使城市交通可持续发展评价客观、真实.此外,该方法能够突出评估值较低因素对综合评判值的影响,引起规划人员与决策者对该因素重视,为合理规划方案的选取提供了新的思路.%From the perspective of sustainable developments, a list of sustainable transportation indicators are established, and a new and comprehensive evaluation method-a synthetic evaluation method of fuzzy variable weight for the research of sustainable urban transportation is provided. The relevant transportation investigation data of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province is used as a base. A suitable method is put forward. And a comprehensive evaluation to the urban transportation system in Suzhou is made. Meanwhile, a comparison between the evaluation outcomes can be resulted from the AHP and the synthetic evaluation method based on the fuzzy variable weight. The results show that the effects of factors according to the distribution of index values can be obtained by the e-valuation method so that the sustainability of urban transportation can be evaluated objectively and veritably. And this method can also highlight the effect of factors scoring poorly on the comprehensive evaluation value, which makes transportation planners and decision-makers paying more attentions to those factors. Therefore, the synthetic evaluation method of fuzzy variable weight can provide new thoughts for assessing the development of urban transportation and selecting rational planning schemes.
