乌鲁木齐市快速公交BRT服务质量的评价

         

摘要

以乌鲁木齐乘坐BRT的出行者为调查对象,采用分线路分方向跟车调查,将服务质量评价系统根据实际需要分成若干个指标,建立得出评价集、隶属函数和权重集,通过模糊综合评价方法应用到乌鲁木齐快速公交服务质量评价体系中,实现对快速公交的服务质量等级综合评价.再采用层次分析法计算评价的权重集,并对模糊综合评价最大隶属度原则进行了改进.进而根据评价结果,结合乌鲁木齐BRT 3条线路的运营现状,对乌鲁木齐BRT存在的不足提出改进措施,提高乌鲁木齐BRT的服务质量.%Firstly,an on-board survey with passengers was carried out for different BRT lines in Urumqi.Then,the service quality evaluation system was divided into a number of indicators according to the actual needs,and the evaluation sets,membership function and weight set were calculated.The comprehensive evaluation of BRT service quality level was achieved by using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Furthermore,the weight set of the evaluation was calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.Meanwhile,the maximum membership principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was improved.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the current operational status of three BRT lines in Urumqi,some measures were suggested to improve the service quality of Urumqi BRT.
