团队模拟情景学习法在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中的运用评价

             

摘要

AIM:To explore and analyze the effect of team sim-ulated situational learning method applied in nursing specialist teaching in practice.METHODS:Chosen from 2012 grade nurs-ing specialty,100 students were randomly divided into experimen-tal group and control group.Group learning team were adopted to simulate the scene teaching,while control group adopted the tra-ditional teaching method.By theoretical examination and clinical operation,the studying effect in both groups was compared.RE-SULTS:Theory examination and clinical operation result of ex-perimental group is better than the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.01 ).CONCLUSION:Team simulation sce-nario learning method could improve the students' theoretical lev-el,promote the students' operation ability,and deepen the theory in practical application,showing remarkable effect in the nursing ent specialist teaching.%目的:探究团队模拟情景学习法在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中的运用,分析其实践效果.方法:选择我院2010级护理学专业的100名学生,随机分为试验组与对照组.试验组采用团队模拟情景学习法教学,对照组采用传统带教方式.通过理论考核与临床操作对比学习情况.结果:试验组理论考核与临床操作成绩均明显优于对照组,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:团队模拟情景学习法提高了学生的理论掌握,促进了学生的操作能力,加深了理论在实际中的运用,在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中效果显著.
