团队模拟情景学习法在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中的运用评价

摘要

AIM:To explore and analyze the effect of team sim-ulated situational learning method applied in nursing specialist teaching in practice.METHODS:Chosen from 2012 grade nurs-ing specialty,100 students were randomly divided into experimen-tal group and control group.Group learning team were adopted to simulate the scene teaching,while control group adopted the tra-ditional teaching method.By theoretical examination and clinical operation,the studying effect in both groups was compared.RE-SULTS:Theory examination and clinical operation result of ex-perimental group is better than the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.01 ).CONCLUSION:Team simulation sce-nario learning method could improve the students' theoretical lev-el,promote the students' operation ability,and deepen the theory in practical application,showing remarkable effect in the nursing ent specialist teaching.%目的：探究团队模拟情景学习法在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中的运用，分析其实践效果．方法：选择我院2010级护理学专业的100名学生，随机分为试验组与对照组．试验组采用团队模拟情景学习法教学，对照组采用传统带教方式．通过理论考核与临床操作对比学习情况．结果：试验组理论考核与临床操作成绩均明显优于对照组，二者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）．结论：团队模拟情景学习法提高了学生的理论掌握，促进了学生的操作能力，加深了理论在实际中的运用，在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中效果显著．
