S-100和HPA蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要

AIM:To explore the protein expression of S⁃100 and heparanase ( HPA ) in saliary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma ( SACC) ,and its significance in perineural invasion and metastasis. METHODS: The expression of S⁃100 and HPA of 44 patients with saliary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin⁃perosidase ( SP ) method. RE⁃SULTS:The protein expression of S⁃100 and HPA in SACC was related to tumor perineural invasion, local aggressive and distant metastasis ( P<0. 05 ) , and no relation was observed between protein expression of S⁃100 and HPA in SACC in patient�s age, gender as well as clinical stages ( P>0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION:S⁃100 protein and HPA protein plays an important role inperineural invasion and distant metastases of adenoid cystic carcinoma.%目的：探讨 S⁃100和 HPA 在涎腺腺样囊性癌（ SACC）中的表达以及在嗜神经侵袭和转移方面的意义．方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测44例涎腺腺样囊性癌中S100和HPA的表达．结果：S⁃100与HPA在腺样囊性癌（ SACC）中的表达与肿瘤嗜神经侵袭性、局部侵袭性和远处转移相关（P＜0．05）；与患者的年龄、性别和临床分期无关（P＞0．05）．结论：S⁃100与HPA蛋白在腺样囊性癌的嗜神经侵袭与远处转移中起重要作用．
