介入治疗在中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤中的临床治疗效果

摘要

目的：探讨临床对中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施介入治疗的效果．方法：将近年到我院妇科接受治疗的60例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者纳入研究，同时随机将患者均分成两组，对照组30例实施全身静脉化疗，观察组30例实施介入治疗，研究两组的临床施治效果．结果：观察组实施治疗后临床总有效率（66．67％）相比对照组（36．67％）明显提高，有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），且合并症方面观察组（13．33％）显著低于对照组（46．67％），有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）．结论：对妇科中晚期恶性肿瘤患者实施介入治疗，疗效相对理想、可靠，且利于规避合并症的发生，适合推广．%AIM:To investigate the clinical effect of interven-tional treatment in patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumor.METHODS:60 cases of advanced malignant tumor pa-tients in our hospital in recent years were recruited into the study and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group received systemic vein chemotherapy,30 cases in the ob-servation group implement interventional therapy,comparing the clinical treatment effects of the two groups.RESULTS:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the clinical observation group is 66.67%,compared to 36.67% in the control group,it is sig-nificantly increased,and with statistical significance (P <0.05). Coupled with comparison of the complication,the observation group was 13.33%,significantly lower than the control group's 46.67%,with statistical significance (P <0.05 ).CONCLU-SION:For the implementation of interventional treatment on pa-tients with gynecological advanced malignant tumor,the curative effect is relatively ideal and reliable,and without complication,so it is suitable for promotion.
