目的：分析介入治疗在中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤中的临床疗效。方法选择78例妇科中晚期恶性肿瘤患者在手术前进行介入治疗，利用顺铂、卡铂、阿霉素、表阿霉素、丝裂霉素等进行动脉灌注治疗4周，对疗效进行评估。结果经过介入治疗后，总体有效率为84.6%。其中宫颈癌、阴道癌、卵巢癌以及子宫内膜癌的临床症状缓解率在90.0%以上。78例患者中仅有2例出现局部皮肤组织缺血性坏死的严重并发症，其他患者的不良反应均较轻微。结论利用介入治疗治疗中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效良好，临床症状缓解率高，不良反应较小，值得临床推广。%Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of interventional therapy in the treatment of middle and late stage of gynecological malig-nant tumor. Methods We selecteded 78 cases of gynecological advanced malignant tumor using interventional therapy before surgery,cisplatin, carboplatin,doxorubicin,epirubicin,and mitomycin for artery perfusion treatment were implemented for 4 weeks,and the ef icacy was evaluated. Results The total ef ective rate was 84. 6% after interventional therapy. The clinical symptoms remission rates of cervical cancer,vaginal cancer,o-varian cancer,and endometrial cancer were more than 90. 0% . Only 2 of the 78 cases had severe complications of local skin tissue necrosis,and the other cases had mild adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical ef icacy of interventional therapy for treatment of middle and late stage of gyneco-logical malignant tumor was outstanding,the clinical symptoms remission rates were increased,and the adverse reaction rates were decreased. The therapy was worthy of clinical applied.
