B超在妇科疾病普查中的应用评价

摘要

目的：对B超在妇科疾病普查中的应用价值进行探讨．方法：选取来我院妇科普查的302例妇女作为研究对象，对所有妇女实施B超检查，总结和分析B超在妇科疾病普查中的临床应用价值．结果：经B超检查显示，共检出阳性病例84例，疾病检出率为27．8％，疾病类型包括子宫肌瘤、附件区肿块、宫颈纳囊、宫内节育环异常、子宫-腹壁粘连以及子宫腺肌症．结论：采用B超对妇科疾病进行诊断，能够尽早发现疾病，及时进行治疗，值得普及和应用．%AIM:To investigate the application value of B ultra-sonography in screening gynecological diseases.METHODS:A total of 302 females who underwent gynecological screening in our hospital were selected.The application value of B ultrasonography in clinical screening of gynecological diseases was summarized and analyzed.RESULTS:The B ultrasonography results showed 84 cases were detected as positive (detecting rate was 27.8%),with diseases including terine fibroids,adnexal masses,Naboth's cyst, abnormality of intrauterine contraceptive ring,uterus-abdominal adhesion and adenomyosis of uterus.CONCLUSION:B ultra-sonography can detect gynecological diseases in the early stage so that patients can be treated in time.It is worthy of spreading and application.
