颜乾麟运用'气血学说'诊治心脑血管疾病经验

摘要

YAN Qian-lin is good at diagnosis and treatment to cardiovascular diseases with Qi-blood theory.His main ideas contain: Yuan qi is the essence of life with differential diagnosis and treatment in Qi and blood;the imbalance of Qi-blood is the basic pathogenic factor in the cardiovascular diseases;the treatment should be adhere to circulation.It is regarded that the initial etiology asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.The asthenia includes Qi deficiency, yang deficiency.And asthenia refers to blood stasis in which is divided into three patterns: stagnation of liver-qi, insufficient heart-qi to blocked meridians, and malnutrition of heart meridians due to insufficient heart yang.As to geriatric brain disorders, the diagnosis and treatment should be focused on characteristics of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.Deficiency of Qi and blood is main factor in the asthenia, while blood stasis and meridians blocking.The prescriptions should be given by Huangqi Chifeng Tang, Zexie Tang and large dosage of Fuling(Tuckahoe).%颜乾麟善用"气血学说"诊治心脑血管疾病.其"气血学说"主要内容有元气为生命之本,推崇气血辨证,气血失衡是心脑血管病的基本病机,治病不可失于通塞.对冠状动脉介入术后再狭窄的诊治,认为其基本病机为本虚标实,本虚以气虚、阳虚居多,标实以血瘀居多,常分肝郁血滞、心脉痹阻,心气不足、运血无力,心阳虚衰、心脉失养3个证型论治.对老年脑病的诊治,认为其临床特点属本虚标实,本虚以气血亏虚为主,标实以脉络血瘀为主,临证善用黄芪赤风汤、泽泻汤以及重用茯苓等.
