The present invention relates to a diet experience system using an application of a spring shoe capable of obtaining and using points through experience share and enabling a user to perform a diet. The diet experience system comprises: a spring shoe (100) including a weight measurement sensor (120) for measuring the weight of an exerciser, and including a count measurement sensor (140) for counting stepping; an RFID tag (200) for generating an RFID signal corresponding to data stored through the sensor; an exerciser mobile terminal (300) for extracting data from the RFID signal through near-field wireless communications, and including a control unit (320) for controlling the data to be displayed on a screen when there is an identification code which coincides with an identification code included in the extracted data; a diet application (400) driven by the control unit (320) in the mobile terminal (300), accumulating the amount of exercise performed by the exerciser from the data, displaying points, which can be used in buying a spring shoe, provided according to the accumulated amount of exercise, and providing a spring shoe ordering screen in accordance with the provided points; a web server (500) for providing the points which can be used in buying the spring shoe, and receiving a spring shoe order received from the diet application and a homepage; and a spring shoe production company server (600) for receiving the spring shoe order from the web server, and applying an identification code to a corresponding spring shoe produced in accordance with the spring shoe order.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
