新建地方院校转型发展研究--基于组建“创业型大学”的视角

摘要

“创业型大学”（Entrepreneurial University）是新建地方院校转型发展的理想组织形式。在介绍“创业型大学”的基本情况和组织特征的基础上，重点论述新建院校内涵发展的定位和路径分析，指出这类院校转型发展路径既要借鉴“创业型大学”的发展模式，也要结合学校当前实际发展情况，参照国内其他新建地方院校的成功经验和惨痛教训，从而成功转型。%“Entrepreneurial University” is an ideal organization form in the transformation and development of the newly-built colleges and universities. On the basis of introduction of its characteristics, this paper discusses the newly-built colleges and universities on orientation analysis and path analysis and points out its path of the transformation and development, which should be both the way of “Entrepreneurial University” and the way of learning the successful experience and the painful lesson of other domestic newly-built local colleges to change the current education thought in order to realize successful transformation.
