为探明蝉拟青霉多糖抗疲劳的活性,将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、低剂量、中剂量和高剂量组.选择测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血乳酸、血尿素氮和肝糖元四个指标来确定蝉拟青霉多糖的抗疲劳效果.结果显示:蝉拟青霉多糖,能延长小鼠游泳时间,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮的水平,缓解血乳酸的增量,增加肝糖原的储备量;活性基本跟剂量的大小相关.可见,蝉拟青霉多糖具一定的抗疲劳功效.%To prove the anti-fatigue function of Paecilomyces cicadae polysaccharide, the mice were allocated randomly into Blank control group, positive dosage group, low dosage group, medium dosage group and high dosage group,with selective determination of mice swimming time, blood lactic acid, blood urea nitrogen and liver glycogen four indicators to determine the fatigue effect to Paecilomyces cicadae polysaccharide. The results showed that Paecilomyces cicadae polysaccharide could prolong the swimming time of mice, decrease the level of serum urea nitrogen in mice after exercise, incremental ease of blood lactic acid, increase theamount of hepatic glycogen reserves. Therefore, there was anti fatigue effect of certain in Paecilomyces cicadae polysaccharide.
