学报生存发展的根本是稿件的学术质量，获得高质量的稿件成为地方高校学报生存和发展的关键。基于地方的地方高校学报的发展战略应是基于地方、服务地方、贴近地方。唯有结合地方高校特点，设计应用性和教学类栏目；挖掘地方历史文化内涵，设置地方文化类栏目；依托地方优势产业，设置地方发展论坛；同时要做到基于地方的宣传推广，长期坚持，才能打造出高质量、有特色的学术刊物。% The academic quality of the contributions is of fundamental importance to the survival and development of academic jour-nals, and the acquisition of high quality contributions for the journals of local colleges and universities has become the key to their sur-vival and development. The “Local Service-Oriented” Development Strategies for the Journals of Local Colleges and Universities should be based on local situations and resources, concerned with the service of the local areas and attentive to the local needs, which can be in-terpreted from the following four aspects: the design of column of application and teaching while taking into consideration the characteris-tics of local colleges and universities; the establishment of column of local cultures for the better exploration of local historical and cultur-al connotation; the establishment of local development forum while seeking the support from local competitive industries; meanwhile rele-vant propaganda and promotion should be carried out for local areas. Through continuous efforts the academic journals can be ensured of their excellent quality and distinguishing characteristics.
