菲律宾高校公共音乐教育特点及启示

摘要

菲律宾高等教育体制秉承欧美，高校公共音乐教育具有“高普及、厚基础、民族化、重创新”的特点，培养模式对我国高校公共音乐教育的理论普及艺术实践和教学创新等方面均有一定启发。%Higher educational system in the Philippines follows European and US style. Its pubic music education of colleges and u-niversities is characteristic of “high popularizing rate, strong basis, nationalization, valuing innovation”. Cultivation mode has some impli-cations to theory popularization, art practice,teaching innovation and so on in the public music education of colleges and universities in China.
