应用型高等院校的教育主要是以就业为导向，以服务为宗旨，以培养高技能型的高级人才为主的一种整体人才培养模式。结合学院计算机科学与技术和电子信息专业实际，在认真分析实践教学和校企合作培养模式的基础上，着力于研究一种整体的应用型高级工程人才培养模式———工学一体就业就学人才培养模式，既体现了安徽省“皖人社秘[2014]212号”文件精神，又为企业和学生提供了高素质培养方式，同时强化了“双能型”教师团队建设和学院可持续发展的要求。%The education of application-oriented colleges is of an overall training model mainly based on employment-orientation, services for the purpose, and training highly skilled employment. Considering the major situation of Computer Science and Technology, and Electronic information in our college, the model of training the advanced engineering and overall application talent was investigated, on the basis of carefully analyzing the training mode of practice teaching and school-enterprise cooperation. The mode belonged to train-ing mode of employment and school based on integration of enterprises and colleges, which not only embodied the document spirit of "WanRenSheMi[2014]212", but also provided the training method of high quality for businesses and students. At the same time, this mode could strengthen the"dual energy"teacher team construction and the requirement of sustainable development for college.
