中国的贸易强国对策研究

摘要

According to the report of World Trade Organization, Chinese export trade had become the largest in 2009. China be-came the largest country of the world's total import and export trade in 2013, its trade volume exceeded the first trade power -United States' for the first time. So is China really surpass the US as the first trading nation and a trade power ? If not, how far is the distance to be a trade power? The paper, based on the establishment of trade power metrics,using the principal component analysis method to rank and compare several world's major trading countries, came to the conclusion that the United States is still the trade power, there is a gap of two stages between China and the United States. China is neither the biggest trade country in the true sense, nor a trade power. Then, based on the current situation of China's foreign trade,the paper discussed the road toward being a trade power, and put forward related suggestions.%据世界贸易组织的报告，中国2013年超过美国成为全球进出口贸易总额最大的国家，那么中国是否真的超越美国成为贸易强国了呢？如果不是，与贸易强国的距离还有多远？在建立贸易强国衡量标准的基础上，运用主成分分析方法对世界主要贸易国进行排名和比较，得出美国仍是贸易强国，中国和美国之间还存在两个阶段的差距，中国既不是真正意义上的贸易大国，更不是贸易强国。为此，针对中国对外贸易的现状，探讨中国贸易强国之路，并提出相关建议。
