长白山区高山翠菊花粉的形态研析

摘要

Firstly, the paper has carried on a theoretical study on the pollen of Callistephus chinensis based upon scanning electron microscope. The external morphology has been described in detail. The results showed： the morphology of the pollen of Callistephus chinensis was flat spherical, the equatorial plane was flat spherical, the polar was 3 cleft circularity, exine ornamentation was with spines. These morphological features can provide a reference for the classification of genus and species of Callistephus chinensis.%应用扫描电子显微镜对高山翠菊花粉进行了观察分析，并详细地描述花粉的外部形态特征，结果表明：高山翠菊花粉粒的形态为扁球形，赤道面观扁球形，极面观3裂圆形，花粉外壁纹饰具刺，这些形态特征可为属和种的分类提供参考依据．
