With the development of new technology of the Internet of things, the construction of city emergency plat-form based on mobile GIS and Web GIS has gradually become the focus and hot spot construction in the new period of urban emergency system. In this paper, the main contents and key technologies of the city emergency platform construction based on mobile GIS and Web GIS and the main application of part of the emergency industry are introduced.%随着物联网等新技术的发展,基于移动GIS和Web GIS的城市应急平台的建设正逐渐成为新时期城市应急体系建设的重点和热点.该文介绍了基于移动GIS和Web GIS的城市物联网指挥应急平台建设的主要内容和关键技术,以及在部分应急行业中的应用.
