Female tribal chiefs in some areas possessed the theocracy and clan authority at a suit, created a rudiment of coun-try, kicked off the prelude of civilization era in this region. The Goddess of Shamanism is their spiritu-al embodiment. This is cultural value of Goddess Worshipping of Shamanism.
