膨润土负载壳聚糖季铵盐处理含铬废水

     

摘要

以膨润土和壳聚糖季铵盐为材料,制备并考察了吸附剂膨润土负载壳聚糖季铵盐(B/HACC)中季铵化取代度、吸附剂添加量、溶液pH值和作用时间对处理含Cr(VI)废水效果的影响。结果表明:HACC的季铵化取代度与 B/HACC 对 Cr(VI)去除效果有关。当季铵化取代度为78.5%时,B/HACC 对 Cr(VI)的去除效果最好。通过单因素和正交试验筛选,确定最佳实验条件是:B/HACC的添加量为0.5g/L,溶液pH为2.0,吸附平衡30min时,在此条件下B/HACC对Cr(VI)去除率达96.84%.%The natural polymer flocculation adsorption materials were synthesized making use of quaternary ammoni⁃um salt of chitosan and bentonite, and the structures of products were characterized by FT-IR.In addition, the ad⁃sorption of diatomite loading quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan (B/HACC) treating Cr(Ⅵ), from the aspects of de⁃gree of substitution, adsorbent dosage, pH and mixing time. The results showed that B/HACC3 have the best decolo⁃nization effect towards Cr(Ⅵ), while the substitution degree of quaternary ammonium salt was 78.5%. The removal ratio of Cr(Ⅵ) reached 96.84 %, when amount of adsorption was 0.05g/L, and stirring time was 30 min with solution pH value was 2.0.
