Abstrcr: Through the connotation and content of local government management innovation, summed up the experience of local government management in Zhejiang Province, and analyzed the current problems of local government management in Zhejiang Province. According to the actual situation of reform and development in Zhejiang Province, put forward to the corresponding countermeasures, in order to achieve a reason, the local government management reform should provide some effective and standardized management reference.%通过对地方政府管理创新的内涵以及内容的阐述，总结了浙江省地方政府管理的经验，并分析了当前浙江省地方政府管理存在的问题，并根据浙江省改革与发展的实际情况，提出相应的对策，以实现对社会公共事务的合理、有效、规范管理，以期对我国各级地方政府管理改革创新提供一些借鉴。
