铁路梁桥先简支后连续框架墩结点力学性能分析

     

摘要

Framework pier is a statically indeterminate structure, which is very sensitive to the pier beam stiffness ratio, boundary conditions and temperature loads. The strength of the frame fixed to the pier beams and piers are the main control-ling factors. The author utilizes bridge design finite element software Midas to build accurate model of structures to study the stress state of the framework of beams and piers fixed to the structure at different conditions, and analyzes the effect of stiff-ness, pier beam stiffness ratio, temperature effects, and settlement in the stress state of finite element. The result shows that pier beam stiffness ratio increases with the decrease of bending moment of consolidation framework pier, meanwhile, the force of consolidation is very sensitive to changes in boundary conditions and temperature. This research results provide an important basis for accurate simulation and structural safety design of framework pier models.%框架墩为超静定结构,对墩梁刚度比、边界条件和温度荷载等非常敏感,框架墩横梁和墩柱固结处的强度是设计的主要控制因素。采用桥梁有限元设计软件Midas,建立结构精确模型,研究了框架墩横梁和墩柱固结处结构在不同工况下的应力状态,分析了基础刚度、墩梁刚度比、温度作用、沉降等因素作用下有限元的应力状态及影响,研究表明:框架墩固结处弯矩随墩梁刚度比的增大而减小,固结处的受力对边界条件和温度的变化非常敏感。该研究结果可为框架墩模型的准确模拟和结构的安全设计提供重要依据。
