In this paper, the extrusion process of bimetal tube is analyzed by using Deform software. To reduce the lateral force applied to the inner billet, the cone angle of the mandrel is less than that of the concave. Using this method the fracture did not occur. Finally, velocity field distribution, the strain field distribution and load in extrusion process are also studied. It is found that the velocity field distribution is uniform; with the cone angle of the concave constant and that of mandrel changing, the reasonable value of cone angle for mandrel is 50°. The value of the load becomes larger with the cone angle increasing.%本文应用Deform对双金属管挤压过程进行分析.通过使芯棒锥角小于凹模锥角实现了内层金属在挤压过程中所受来自外层金属的侧向力降低,避免了内层坯料发生破裂.最后我们还对挤压过程中的速度场,应变场以及载荷进行了分析,得出此种模具结构下速度场分布均匀;在凹模锥角不变,芯棒锥角发生变化的情况下,芯棒锥角的合理值为50°,而载荷的大小随着锥角的增加而增大.
